- Then add in your sauces mixed and other ingredients. at this stage lower down the heat. and keep frying. and add abit of water. And close your wok for just about 2minutes to avoid overcook and dry gravy.
- Final stage is add dry tofu and the rest of chili. important tips.for the final 20-30second,increase your heat and keep stir.then off...serve and ready to go
